To operate the platform: matching lost and found reports, enabling messaging between users, and sending account notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. What Others Can See
Your name and report details are public. Your email and phone number are hidden from other users by default. You can choose to show them in your account settings. Admins can always see full details for moderation.
4. Data Retention
Active accounts: data is retained while the account is active. Deleted accounts: data is retained for 90 days, then permanently removed. Deleted reports: retained for 30 days, then permanently removed.
